Article 2 Consequential amendment and transitional provision

In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993^f1, after the entry “President of the Competition Commission Appeal Tribunals”, insert—

• “President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal”.

Service in the office of President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal between 1st April 2003 and the commencement of this Order shall, for the purposes of that Act, be treated as service in a qualifying judicial office.
