  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 by adding the office of President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal to the list of offices which may be judicial offices for the purposes of the arrangements in respect of judicial pensions contained in Part I of that Act. Service in this office since its creation is to be treated as service in a qualifying judicial office.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.",
