Article 2 Amendment of section 58 of the Enterprise Act 2002

In section 58 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (specified considerations), after subsection (2C) insert—

“(2D)

The interest of maintaining the stability of the UK financial system is specified in this section (other than for the purposes of sections 67 and 68 or references made, or deemed to be made, by the European Commission to the OFT under article 4(4) or 9 of the EC Merger Regulation).”
