Article 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Specification of Additional Section 58 Consideration) Order 2026 and comes into force on 13th October 2026.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002.

(3)

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
