# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) (Insolvency) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) (Insolvency) Order 2003 and shall come into force on the day after the date on which it is made.
