# Enterprise Act 2002, Paragraph 18


In section 212 (misfeasance of officers)—
(a) in subsection (1)(b) omit “, administrator”,
(b) in subsection (2) omit (in each place) “or administrator”, and
(c) in subsection (4)—
(i) omit “or administrator”, and
(ii) for “that person” substitute “ he ”.
