# Enterprise Act 2002, Paragraph 22


In section 233 (utility supplies)—
(a) for subsection (1)(a) substitute—
“(a) the company enters administration,”,
and
(b) for subsection (4)(a) substitute—
“(a) the date on which the company entered administration”.
