  "text": "(1) Section 215 (provision of Financial Services Compensation Scheme in relation to insolvency) shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3) for “presents a petition under section 9 of the 1986 Act or Article 22 of the 1989 Order” substitute “ makes an administration application under Schedule B1 to the 1986 Act or presents a petition under Article 22 of the 1989 Order ”.\n(3) After subsection (3) insert—\n“(3A) In subsection (3) the reference to making an administration application includes a reference to—\n(a) appointing an administrator under paragraph 14 or 22 of Schedule B1 to the 1986 Act, or\n(b) filing with the court a copy of notice of intention to appoint an administrator under either of those paragraphs.”",
