  "heading": "Paragraphs 13 to 18: supplementary provision",
  "text": "(1) In paragraphs 13 to 18 “the appointed day” means such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint; and different days may be appointed for different purposes.\n(2) An order made by the Secretary of State under paragraph 15, 16 or 17—\n(a) may make different provision for different purposes; and\n(b) shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.",
