  "heading": "Effect of transfers under section 2",
  "text": "(1) In this paragraph—\n“commencement” means the commencement of section 2(1);\n“transferred” means transferred by section 2(1).\n(2) Anything which—\n(a) has been done by or in relation to the Director for the purposes of or in connection with anything transferred; and\n(b) is in effect immediately before commencement,\nshall be treated as if done by or in relation to the OFT.\n(3) Anything (including legal proceedings) which—\n(a) relates to anything transferred; and\n(b) is in the process of being done by or in relation to the Director immediately before it is transferred,\nmay be continued by or in relation to the OFT.\n(4) Nothing in section 2 or this paragraph affects the validity of anything done by or in relation to the Director before commencement.",
