  "text": "(1) Tribunal rules may provide—\n(a) for fees to be chargeable in respect of specified costs of proceedings; and\n(b) for the amount of such costs to be determined by the Tribunal.\n(2) Any sums received in respect of such fees shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.",
