  "text": "There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any expenditure incurred by the OFT, the Secretary of State, any other Minister of the Crown or a government department by virtue of this Act; and\n(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided by virtue of any other Act.",
