  "text": "(1) Section 34 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (indexation of amounts, etc) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)—\n(a) omit “as soon as practicable”;\n(b) at the end insert “ , with effect from the following 6th April ”.\n(3) In subsection (3), for the words after “the Secretary of State shall” substitute “ round the result to the nearest whole pound, taking 50p as nearest to the next whole pound above ”.",
