# The Enterprise (Scotland) Consequential Amendments Order 1991, Article 14: The Social Security (Payments on account, Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 1988


In regulation 8(1)(f) of the Social Security (Payments on account, Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 1988, the words “Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise or” shall be added after the words “behalf of” and also after the words “approved by”.
