# The Enterprise (Scotland) Consequential Amendments Order 1991, Article 15: The Education Authority Bursaries (Scotland) Regulations 1988


Regulation 2(6)(a) of the Education Authority Bursaries (Scotland) Regulations 1988 shall be amended by substituting, for the words “or the Secretary of State”, the words “, the Secretary of State, Scottish Enterprise or Highlands and Islands Enterprise”.
