# The Enterprise (Scotland) Consequential Amendments Order 1991, Article 3: The Social Security (Credits) Regulations 1975


The Social Security (Credits) Regulations 1975 shall be amended as follows:—
(a) in regulation 7(2)(b), after “1973” there shall be added the words “or the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990”; and
(b) in regulation 8(1)(a)(ii)(a), after “1973” there shall be added the words “or section 2(3) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990”.
