# The Enterprise (Scotland) Consequential Amendments Order 1991, Article 4: The Social Security (Attendance Allowance) (No. 2) Regulations 1975


At the end of the Schedule to the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) (No. 2) Regulations 1975 there shall be added the following entry:—
“
1990 c. 35
The Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990
Section 2(3) and (4)(c)
”.
