# The Enterprise (Scotland) Consequential Amendments Order 1991, Article 8: The Students' Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 1987


Regulation 2(6)(a) of the Students' Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 1987 shall be amended by substituting for the words “or the Secretary of State” the words “,the Secretary of State, Scottish Enterprise or Highlands and Islands Enterprise”.
