# The Enterprise Ulster (Dissolution) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007, Article 4: Legal proceedings

Extent: N.I.

Any legal proceedings to which the Corporation is party immediately before the dissolution date shall be continued after that date by or in relation to the Department in its own name.
