  "text": "(1) The Corporation shall continue to keep proper accounts and proper records in relation to the accounts in accordance with Article 9(1)(a) of the 1973 Order and shall prepare a statement of the accounts in respect of the period beginning with the coming into operation of Article 3 and ending on the dissolution date.\n(2) The statement of accounts shall be in such a form and contain such information as the Department may, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, direct and copies of it shall be sent to—\n(a) the Department; and\n(b) the Comptroller and Auditor General,\nnot later than one week before the dissolution date.",
