# The Enterprise Ulster (Dissolution) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007, Article 8: Report

Extent: N.I.

The Corporation shall, not later than one month before the dissolution date, make to the Department a report in such form and containing such information as the Department may direct on the performance of its functions during the last financial year up until the date Article 3 comes into operation.
