  "text": "(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 1954 c.33 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to an Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Comptroller and Auditor-General” means the Comptroller and Auditor-General for Northern Ireland;\n“the Corporation” means Enterprise Ulster;\n“government department” means a department of the Government of Northern Ireland;\n“the Minister” means the Minister of Health and Social Services;\n“the Ministry” means the Ministry of Health and Social Services;\n“public body” means a body (including a district council) established by or under any transferred provision but does not include a government department;\n“transferred provision” has the meaning assigned to it by section 1( g) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.\nPara.(3) rep. by SLR 1976",
