# The Environment Act 1995 (Commencement No. 19) (Scotland) Order 2000, Article 1: Citation and extent


(1) This Order shall be cited as the Environment Act 1995 (Commencement No. 19) (Scotland) Order 2000.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
