  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order, which extends to Scotland only, brings into force on 1st January 2001 section 120(1) of the Environment Act 1995 (c. 25) insofar as it relates to paragraph 29(26) of Schedule 22, which inserts sections 49A (enforcement notices as respects discharge consents) and 49B (appeals against enforcement notices) into the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (c. 40).",
