Regulation 2 Amendment of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

In subsection (3)(c) of section 140 (other controls on substances, articles or waste) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990^f1 for “section 17 above” there shall be substituted “section 108 of the Environment Act 1995”.
