# The Environment Act 1995 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 1996, Regulation 3: The Environment Act 1995: consequential amendments to other enactments


The legislation mentioned in Schedule 2 to these Regulations shall have effect with the amendments there specified (being amendments consequential on the coming into force of provisions of the Environment Act 1995).
