# Environment Act 1995, Paragraph 7


In section 28 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (retention or resumption of land required for public purposes), in subsection (5), after paragraph (aa) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(ab) to any National Park authority; and”.
