# The Environment Act 2021 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environment Act 2021 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2021.
(2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Environment Act 2021.
