  "text": "In sections 89 to 92—\n“groundwater” has the same meaning as in the Water Framework Directive;\n“river basin district” means an area identified as such by or under any legislation to which the section in question applies;\n“surface water” has the same meaning as in the Water Framework Directive;\n“Water Framework Directive” means Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy.",
