  "text": "(1) The Environmental Protection Act 1990 is amended as follows.\n(2) After section 33(2C) (prohibition on unauthorised or harmful deposit, treatment or disposal etc. of waste) insert—\n“(2D) When interpreting the Batteries Directive for the purposes of this section, Article 2(2) is to be read as though for the words “Member States'” there were substituted “the United Kingdom's”.”.",
