# The Environment (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019, Regulation 15: The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018

Extent: S

(1) The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “relevant function” insert—
““retained EU law” has the same meaning as in section 6(7) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ,”.
(3) In regulation 37(2)(a) (power to require the provision of information), for “the EU Treaties” substitute “ any retained EU law ”.
