# The Environment (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Control of Trade in Endangered Species (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019


(1) The Control of Trade in Endangered Species (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2), for “Regulations 2 and 4 extend” substitute “Regulation 2 extends”.
(3) Omit regulation 4.
