  "text": "(1) The REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.\n(2) In the Schedules, for “exit day”, in each place it occurs, substitute “IP completion day”.\n(3) In Schedule 2—\n(a) for “post-exit”, in each place it occurs, except in the title of inserted Article 127P, substitute “post-IP completion” ;\n(b) for “pre-exit”, in each place it occurs, substitute “pre-IP completion”;\n(c) in inserted Article 127P—\n(i) in the title, for “Periods before exit and post-exit” substitute “Post-IP completion periods”;\n(ii) omit paragraph (5).",
