  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order is the fourth commencement order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Environment (Wales) Act 2016 (“the Act”).\nThis Order brings the following provisions of Part 4 (collection and disposal of waste) of the Act into force on 18 October 2023—\n(a) section 65 (requirements relating to separate collection etc. of waste),\n(b) section 67 (power to prohibit or regulate disposal of waste by incineration),\n(c) section 68 (civil sanctions),\n(d) section 69(5) (regulations), and\n(e) section 70 (minor and consequential amendments and repeals).\nThis Order brings section 66 (prohibition on disposal of food waste to sewer) of the Act into force on 6 April 2024.",
