  "text": "(1) The Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Act 2012 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 3(d), for “Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “ Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.\n(3) In section 7(8)(b), for “Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “ Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.\n(4) In section 8(8), in the opening words—\n(a) for “Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “ Natural Resources Body for Wales ”;\n(b) for “the Council” substitute “ the Body ”.\n(5) In Schedule 2, omit paragraph 11.",
