  "text": "(1) An agreement relating to land in Wales entered into by NRW, or any predecessor of that body, under a disapplied enactment is to be treated as a land management agreement.\n(2) The disapplied enactments are—\n(a) section 16 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 (c. 97);\n(b) section 15 of the Countryside Act 1968 (c. 41);\n(c) section 39 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (c. 69).",
