# The Environmental Assessment (Forestry) Regulations 1998, Regulation 10: Information for another Member State


(1) Where it appears to the Commissioners that a project in relation to which they have received an application for consent would be likely to have a significant effect on the environment of another Member State or where another Member State likely to be significantly affected requests, the Commissioners shall provide a copy of the environmental statement relating to the project to the Minister.
(2) Where the Minister receives a copy of an environmental statement in accordance with paragraph (1) above, he shall forward a copy of the environmental statement to the relevant Member State as soon as practicable.
