Regulation 11 Determination of applications
(1)
Where an application is made to the Commissioners for consent, they may, subject to the following provisions of this regulation –
(a)
grant consent, either subject only to the conditions required by regulation 14 or also subject to such further conditions as they see fit, or
(b)
refuse consent.
(2)
The Commissioners shall not determine an application until after the expiry of the periods referred to in regulation 9.
(3)
In determining an application, the Commissioners shall take into consideration the environmental information, any representations received by them in relation to the application and any other material consideration.
