# The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994, Paragraph 1


In regulation 4(1) in the definition of “special road”, for “a special road” substitute “any road in respect of which an assignation has been granted under section 28(1) of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and any other road”.
