# The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994, Paragraph 12


In regulation 40(1) in place of “submits an environmental statement to the Secretary of State the applicant shall send a copy” substitute “provides an environmental statement, he shall also provide the Secretary of State with 2 copies of the statement and shall provide one copy of the statement”.
