# The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994, Paragraph 13


In regulation 43 after paragraph (1) insert the following paragraph:–
“(1A) Where further information is requested in accordance with paragraph (1), except insofar as such information is required to be provided for the purposes of a public inquiry held under the Electricity Act 1989 and the request for such further information states that it is to be provided for such purposes, regulations 40 to 42 shall apply to the submission of such further information as they apply to the submission of an environmental statement, subject to any necessary modifications.”.
