  "text": "In regulation 54 after paragraph (1) insert the following paragraph:–\n“(1A) Where further information is requested in accordance with paragraph (1), regulations 51 to 53 shall apply to the submission of such further information as they apply to the submission of an environmental statement, subject to any necessary modifications.”.",
