# The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994, Paragraph 19


In regulation 60(1) in place of the words from the beginning to “to be carried out by themselves,” substitute “The development corporation shall take into account the environmental information in making their determination in respect of a proposed specific development to be carried out by themselves and shall state in their decision that they have done so, and”.
