For regulation 64(2) substitute–

“For the purposes of this Part of these Regulations”drainage works to which these Regulations apply “means drainage works which the Secretary of State has decided would have significant effects on the environment by virtueinter alia of their size, nature or location and which require to be authorised under the Act.”.
