  "text": "In place of regulation 29 substitute the following:–\n“In cases where paragraph (1) of regulation 28 applies the Secretary of State when he grants planning permission under section 32 for development by a planning authority or issues a decision not to require the planning authority to make an application to him for planning permission shall inform the authorities, bodies or persons consulted under regulation 27(3) of that decision.”.",
