# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2026, Regulation 15: Amendment of the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015


In the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015, in schedule 1 ((Annex II of the Directive) essential requirements on the composition and the reusable and recoverable, including recyclable, nature of packaging), in paragraph 1(4) (requirements specific to the manufacturing and composition of packaging), renumber the second head (a) as head (b).
