# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2026, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 46 (regulatory notices)


In regulation 46(5) (regulatory notices), after sub-paragraph (c), insert—
“(d) any preliminary action SEPA considers necessary or appropriate in order to determine how the steps in paragraph (3)(g) can best be achieved.”.
