# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 19: Additional general criteria for the acceptance of waste at landfills for inert waste


Waste may only be accepted at a landfill for inert waste if it—
(a) meets the requirements of paragraph 25 of this schedule, or
(b) otherwise falls within the definition of inert waste in paragraph 4 and meets the requirements in paragraph 26 of this schedule.
