# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 3: Interpretation: landfill activity


“Landfill activity” includes—
(a) the disposal of waste in a landfill,
(b) initial construction of a landfill,
(c) closure and aftercare of a landfill.
