# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 4: Authorisations: Materials Facilities Code


SEPA must ensure that a permit or registration for operating a materials facility that is granted or varied on or after 1 November 2025 includes the condition or conditions it considers appropriate to ensure compliance with the Materials Facilities Code.
